and Conditions of using the Fee Request Form:
By using the Fee Request Form, the user acknowledges and accepts the following terms and conditions of use. It is understood by the user that the more detailed the information submitted, the more accurate the estimate will be. The fee estimates obtained by using the Fee Request Form are in Canadian currency and do not include applicable taxes, disbursements, and other costs incurred by Axiom on behalf of the client that are not part of the Fees. The estimates are intended to provide you with an approximate fee based on the project information submitted. To obtain a formal Fee Proposal, please contact Axiom Engineering's office at 416.410.5697 or fax the appropriate project information to 905.584.6680.
